Returns made simple

We want you to love your Halo & Hush products. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.

Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know by emailing emindrop@outlook.com with your order number, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Hygiene: for health and hygiene reasons, LED masks and items worn on the face can only be returned for a change of mind if the hygiene seal is unbroken. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
  • The cost of returning an item for a change of mind is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, and we cover the return costs. Every device also comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it), to your original payment method.

How to start a return

  1. Email emindrop@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We reply within 24 hours on working days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back and share your tracking number with us.
