Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Halo & Hush (operated by Emin Erkalem, Otto Reuchlinweg 1142, 3072 MD Rotterdam, the Netherlands). It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Right to cancel (14 days)

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email emindrop@outlook.com with your order number or use any other clear statement. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct cost of returning goods when cancelling for a change of mind.

Hygiene-sealed items

LED masks and other items worn on the face are supplied sealed. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply once the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. Faulty items are always covered.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, repair or replacement. We cover the return postage. Devices carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

We refund the price paid and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than necessary.

Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
