How do I use my LED mask?

Cleanse and dry your face, put the mask on, choose your light mode and relax. A session takes about 10 minutes and the mask switches off automatically. Most people use it 3 to 5 evenings a week.

When will I notice a difference?

LED routines are about consistency, not overnight miracles. Many people enjoy a more rested, radiant look within a few weeks of regular use. Results vary from person to person.

Is it safe to use?

The Halo Mask uses non-UV LED light. Do not look directly into the LEDs. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a light-sensitive condition, take photosensitising medication or have an eye condition, please speak to your doctor before use.

How is it powered?

The mask connects by a short cable to a small rechargeable controller, so you are free to move around during your session. Charge the controller via USB.

How long does delivery take?

Free tracked delivery, usually 7 to 12 working days after dispatch. See Shipping & Delivery.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days. For hygiene reasons the seal must be unbroken for change-of-mind returns. Faulty items are always covered. See Returns & Refunds.

Is there a warranty?

Every device comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
