Every order ships free with full tracking. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

• Processing: 1 to 3 working days. Each device is checked before it leaves our partner warehouse.
• Delivery: usually 7 to 12 working days after dispatch.
• You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Our products ship directly from our international fulfilment partner, which is how we keep salon-quality devices at a fair price. We would rather give you an honest delivery time than promise next-day and disappoint you.

Duties and taxes

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT. There are no extra customs fees to pay on delivery.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales.

Something not right?

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at emindrop@outlook.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
