How often should I use it?
Most people use it 3 to 5 evenings a week for one 10-minute session. Consistency matters more than intensity, and results vary from person to person.
How do I change the light colour?
Use the buttons on the controller to switch between the seven colours. Each session lasts 10 minutes and the mask switches off automatically. A step-by-step English guide is on this page under "How to use it".
How long does the battery last?
Charge the controller fully before each session for the best experience. Buyers report one to three sessions per charge, depending on how long and how often you use it. It charges via USB.
Does it cover my whole face?
The face piece covers forehead, cheeks, nose and chin, and a separate piece covers the neck. Some buyers note that the light does not fully reach the upper lip or the area next to the ears.
Is it safe?
The Halo Mask uses non-UV LED light and is a cosmetic device, not a medical one. Do not look directly into the LEDs. Do not use it if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a light-sensitive condition or an eye condition, or take photosensitising medication, unless your doctor says it is fine.
Anything to know before the first use?
New silicone can have a slight smell out of the box. Wipe the mask with a damp cloth and let it air for a few hours before your first session.
When will my order arrive?
Free tracked delivery to England, Scotland and Wales, usually 7 to 12 working days after dispatch. Prices include UK VAT, with no customs fees to pay.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to cancel. For hygiene reasons, the seal must be unbroken for change-of-mind returns, and the return postage is paid by you. Faulty or incomplete? We replace or refund it, return postage on us, and every mask has a 12-month warranty.
